Union Precast Factory L.L.C., Qatar (UPF) specializes in the design, manufacture, supply and erection of precast concrete products in the State of Qatar. A proud member of American Concrete Institute (ACI), Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), British Safety Council and Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We are also an ISO Certified Organization for the 9001:2008, 14001:2004 Standards and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
All elements in our factory are manufactured in a controlled environment under the strict supervision of our experienced and well-trained technical staff who closely monitor the production process of all elements from the design stage to erection. UPF employs its own in-house design team that specialized in providing cost and time saving design solutions to our clients. Our highly skilled erection teams are equipped with all the necessary tools and machinery and are highly mobile and flexible, capable of mobilizing quickly in all parts of Qatar with little notice.
The production facility at UPF is capable of producing 5000 m3 of precast concrete per month with a full time workforce of 250. As part of the HBK Group of Companies, Union Precast Factory has established itself as a market leader in the field of precast concrete.
Our precast products include boundary walls, wall panels, columns, beams, precast staircases, T beams, double T slabs, precast slabs, MSE wall system, underpass structures based on Matiere system, concrete barriers, road barriers, cable trenches, pulling chambers, precast manhole, concrete blocks, hollow core slabs, culverts, precast footings, precast holding tanks, crane ballast, sinkers, tunnel lining segments, etc. The Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) and Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) will be an addition to our product line soon.
We are one of the few companies capable of providing concrete precast elements with different surface treatments such as exposed, colored or natural stone cladded and other architectural elements such as external wall cladding and decorative elements.
Our professional design team can provide complete proposals and engineering solutions for all structures, effectively converting conventional RF frame buildings to Precast Buildings without sacrificing any of the aesthetics of the original design.
Our solutions are effective, economical and saves time. We also provide all the technical support, information of design calculations required to obtain approval from all governmental departments.
